Prison Without Bars is a tale of prison life for former death row inmates who are transported to a facility without either physical barriers or guards.  High-tech security keeps them in place as they govern their own existence.  The story is told by one of the first group of replacements sent to bolster a rapidly decreasing population. It is scheduled for release in 2018.
